Petr Dvořák obtained his magister iuris degree at Charles University in Prague, Faculty of Law, in 2005. During his studies he participated in an exchange study programme at the University of Friedrich Wilhelm in Bonn, Germany. Thereafter, between 2005 and 2007, he worked as an associate in a renowned Prague law firm. He joined our law office Vejmelka & Wünsch. in 2007 and specializes in corporate and commercial law, acquisitions and related audits (due diligence) and labour law. Since 2008, Petr Dvořák has been a member of the Czech Bar Association as an attorney-at-law. He speaks Czech, German and English.
