Jiří Vlastník graduated in 2000 from the bachelor study programme of the Police Academy of the Czech Republic. He obtained his Magister Iuris at Charles University, Prague, Faculty of Law, in 2005 and JUDr. and Ph.D. degrees at the same faculty in 2008. During his studies he participated in study programmes in France at the University of Nancy 2 and at the University Paris II – Panthéon-Assas. From 2005 to 2008 he worked as an associate in a renowned Prague law firm. Since 2008 he has been a member of the Czech Bar Association. He joined Vejmelka & Wünsch in 2009. Jiří specializes in commercial law, particularly in corporate law and the law of contracts, and also in civil law, European law and litigation. He is the author or co-author of several legal publications. In 2015, he was promoted to Partner. He speaks Czech, English and French.
