Jakub Vaněk

Jakub Vaněk gained his legal education at Charles University, Prague, Faculty of Law. During his studies he participated in a study programme at Heinrich-Heine University, Düsseldorf. Subsequently, he worked as an associate in the Prague office of a reputable international law firm. Jakub joined Vejmelka & Wünsch in 2006 and he specializes primarily in complex advice concerning commercial law, with particular emphasis on corporate law, M&A, corporate governance and, furthermore, in commercial and civil obligations and labour law. Jakub Vaněk has been a member of the Czech Bar Association since 2010. He speaks Czech, English and German.
