Irena Homolová

Irena Homolová obtained her Magister Iuris degree (with distinction) at Charles University, Prague, Faculty of Law, in 2005 and her doctorate in European Law in 2008. From 2004 to 2005 she participated in a one year undergraduate study programme at Cardiff Law School, Cardiff University, and obtained a Diploma in Legal Studies (with distinction.) From 2005 to 2006 she pursued postgraduate study at the same university focussing on European Law and International Sales Law, ending up with a Master of Laws degree (with distinction). From 2007 to 2009 she worked as a junior lawyer in the Prague offices of renowned international law firms. She joined Vejmelka & Wünsch in 2010. Irena Homolová has been a member of the Czech Bar Association since 2011. In her practice she specializes in commercial law, particularly corporate law and the law of contracts, civil law, litigation and labour law. In addition to Czech, she also speaks English and Spanish.
