Milan Holeček

Milan Holeček completed his studies at Charles University, Prague, Faculty of Law, with a Magister Iuris in 2006 and in the same year joined Vejmelka & Wünsch as an associate. In 2010, he became a member of the Czech Bar Association. During his studies he participated in study programmes in Istanbul, Turkey, and in Lund, Sweden, where he focused on European law at the Law Faculty of Lund University. In his practice, Milan specializes in the law of civil and commercial obligations, corporate law, labour law, capital markets and securities law, energy law and intellectual property law. He speaks Czech, English and Turkish.
